The President presides at all meetings, and serves as an effective liaison with other organizations, politicians, the media and the public. She is accountable for the organization’s policies & procedures, financial & legal situation and strategic plan. The president is the spokesperson to the larger community; speaking on behalf of the organization and advocating for the Caribbean community.

The Vice President oversee all business operations of the organization. This includes obtaining any necessary permits, coordinating events, fundraising, and will help the organization gain sponsorships from local businesses. Responsible for the operational success of the organization, she ensures that the goals set by the president are met.

The Workforce & Economic Director promotes business development and quality of life through Economic and Workforce Development Department. She is responsible for providing members the tools and resources required to build viable, sustainable and profitable businesses.

• Provide support in business development, access to capital, and business operations and management

• Work in partnership with area public schools, training institutions, and local government to bring solutions to long-term education and workforce development challenges

The Entertainment Coordinator responsible for documenting via video and audio all Chamber events. He is accountable for setting up audio / video equipment, distributing literature to the public so they know how to get involved and become part of the organization.

The Secretary is responsible for maintaining the organization's records. The Secretary is accountabilities include: 

• Record minutes of meetings

• Ensure that a current copy of the bylaws is available

• Manage the general correspondence of the organization

• Provide items for the agenda as appropriate

The secretary must be present at each monthly meeting and is responsible for giving proper notice of any meetings.

 The Assistant to the President promotes and represents  the organization to the community. As well as assist the President with regular office duties and commitments.

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for the membership databases. She is accountable the continued development and refining of our members program. She is also responsible for interacting and engaging members.

The Chamber Liason and Ambassador is responsible for public awareness initiatives and ensures the organization is visible to the community. She distributes literature to the public so they know how to get involved and become part of the organization. The Chamber Liason and Ambassador is accessible both internally and externally. Her objective is to go out into the world, connect, listen and engage in ways that are mutually beneficial to the organization.
